How do I know which retainer to choose?

It depends on your current production volume and whether you have an in-house design function. In either case, we figure it out together on a call before anything is signed.

What if I need more capacity than my retainer covers in a given month?

We sort it out in advance. If the extra demand is a one-off, we handle it within the month. If it starts to happen regularly, we talk about whether moving up makes sense.

Can I change retainers after we start?

Yes – and we actually recommend keeping it open. The first quarter gives both sides a clearer picture of what you really need. We revisit and adjust from there.

What does the engagement look like contractually?

The retainer renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No long-term lock-ins, no exit fees.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Every retainer includes feedback rounds. If something isn't right, we fix it. We don't deliver and go quiet.

How many people at Sprintey will I be dealing with?

One dedicated project manager handles everything on your end. The rest of the team works behind the scenes – you're not managing people or chasing progress.

Can you work alongside our internal design team?

Yes. We fit into the existing workflow. We can extend what your internal team produces, cover what they don't have capacity for, or bring in specialized skills they don't have.

How do urgent requests get handled?

Each retainer includes a set number of urgent slots per month. Those requests jump the regular queue and get prioritized immediately.
